The Half Dead Senorita look was inspired by a photoshoot I did the makeup for a couple months ago with model Ariel and photographer Lloyd K. Barnes. I really loved the look and decided to try it on myself just before Halloween as I’ve been trying to think of a costume.

The PRETTY SIDE (left side)…
I did the left side of my face with “pretty, normal makeup” consisting of NC40 studio sculpt foundation with NC30 moisture select cover up around my eyes and nose then Warm Soul mineralize blush (all from MAC). I then put an all over shimmer white cream stick (from NYX) on my eyelids to prep them for “Vex” all over shadow then “Contrast” from MAC to cut my crease. I blended that out with a crease brush to soften the look. I drew in my brow dark with a flat angle brow brush and Espresso eyeshadow from MAC… A winged out blacktrax gel liner for my top lash line, mascara on top and both lashes and Cherry red lipliner with Dubonnet lipstick.

For the NOT SO PRETTY SIDE – (right side) I used…
An all over white cream base foundation stick from MAC and applied it directly on my skin to get the best coverage, then applied a YABY translucent powder directly after with a zebra powder puff to set it.Then I outlined my right eye with a thin black line using blacktrax gel liner and a thin liner brush. Then I started drawing half circles attached to the thin black line around my eye and I filled that in with Nehru eyeshadow to set it. Watch to find out more!
